There are currently no Study protocol articles published in International Breastfeeding Journal. International Breastfeeding Journal considers all aspects of breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding is recognized as an important public health issue with enormous social and economic implications. In order to help women breastfeed successfully there is a need to understand both the physiology of lactation and the social and cultural context within which breastfeeding occurs. International Breastfeeding Journal seeks to address all of these aspects, including the impediments to breastfeeding, the health effects of not breastfeeding for infants and their mothers, and the management of breastfeeding problems.
The journal will consider the following article types: research, reviews, case reports, study protocols, short reports, methodology, commentaries, hypotheses, and debate articles.
Two or more experts will review submitted manuscripts. The Editor-in-Chief will decide whether manuscripts will be published following peer-review, in consultation with the Editorial Board where necessary.
International Breastfeeding Journal is now accepting submissions; please use our online submission system or contact the Editor-in-Chief for more information. |
