Resolution: standard / high Figure 3.
Changes in mean ascorbic acid concentration in infant formula with docosahexaenoic
acid. Triplicate samples of infant formula with docosahexaenoic were collected. The samples
were analyzed for ascorbic acid using normal-phase high performance liquid chromatography
and compared to a standard curve. The mean concentrations for each triplicate sample
were calculated at baseline, 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes. Results represent the mean
values (± SD) of three experiments displayed as a percent of the baseline level.
